Enrollment Information
If you need to register your child for school, please be sure to bring the following documents with you:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card

Proof of Residency (example: utility bill in your name)
- Immunization/Shot Records
- Name of the previous school/ last report card
- Parent/Guardian Driver's License
